Former lovers Shane and Pitch reunite. They spend their time farming and sculpting delicate bai sri, flower ornaments used in Thai religious ceremonies. Shane is struggling to accept his daughter’s death, while Pitch is in the last stages of terminal illness. Arranging bai sri together, they try and release each other from the the grief they have been carrying and meet again in a new form.

At the centre of the programme, a film that releases time from the drudgery of being linear. Malila ushers in a series of transformations.
